and when funny things are on the floor, we share the exciting feelings when we
try to figure out what it is
But we don't share my ab-horr-ence for the vacuum, the deck broom, the pool sweep or anything with a long handle on it. I have also chewed up two beds.
Love the last line. Thanks for the full disclosure, Robin :). And don't worry, Robin's people, one of these days he'll grow out of adolescence and forget all about chewing everything up. I don't know if he'll ever get over the broom fear though. My pit has no problem with them but my little adopted wirey terrier thing has been terrified of them his whole life..and he's 10!
My pit mix is 8 and still chews on some stuff......And as much as it drives me nuts some times (squeaky toys in the middle of the night, bed frames while at work), I wouldn't have it any other way.
Robin baby! I'm so so happy to hear from you! It's such a pleasure to see your fabulous funny sticking-out ears again. Sounds like you and Winnie are having a nice time being two twin peas in a pod. I know it's hard to trust things with long poles, but as my dog would tell you, it's those nefarious plastic bags you have to watch out for! She doesn't like the vacuum, either, but we've taught her to go into another part of the house when the monster starts roaring; this approach might work for you as well. And what's all this about the beds? You think just because you're the Squeaky Master that you also get to be the Bed Master? Silly Robin! A true Bed Master SLEEPS on his bed. (Perhaps this chewing desire could be the solution to the long handles problem? But don't tell your Nice People that I said that!) Keep up the GOOD work, buddy!
How exciting to hear from you again! You and Winnie finally have the life you deserve. Sometimes there are bumps in the road that we hit on the way to our final destination. Baby, you two have arrived!
Oh yeah! I am so happy to see the update! I have been wondering about you two and wanted to ask... thank you for sharing! You two are pretty darn cute together!
We always love to see sharing best friends. Looks like a comfy bed for both of you. Thanks for sharing the lovely photos. have a wonderful rest of your weekend. World of Animals

ReplyDeleteLove the update, Robin! So glad you were able to check in with your fans.
ReplyDeleteMy last dog hated the vacuum monster and would attack the attached hose while I was vacuuming. He outgrew it, and now I miss it. :o)

ReplyDeleteCan't. Stand it.
ReplyDeleteDid you ever figure out what the funny thing on the floor was?
I think Winnie and I figured it was just a really big ball of lint. Boring.
ReplyDeleteWaiting and waiting for a tidbit of news from Winnie and Robin! Please just a tiny update?
ReplyDeleteSorry not to see any updates for a VERY VERY long time but hoping you have a great holiday season with your forever-home-family.
ReplyDeleteSure do miss you guys :(
